About us
Hostal Galapagos by Bar de Beto is a family-run hostel created in 2004 and located on Los Flamingos Street, near the center of Isabela Island.
Enjoy the balance between Galapagos nature and comfort.
The hostel has been designed to create private, island-like rooms. The architecture has been based on the shapes of the wave movements as seen on the walls.
Everyone is welcome in our hostel, from rooms ideal for families to double or single rooms.
Facilities
All our rooms include private bathroom with hot water, air conditioning and free wifi. And free STARLINK wifi in the beach bar “Bar de Beto” for hostel guests.
You can also enjoy our rooftop terrace overlooking the Flamingo lagoon, where you can relax at the tables or play on the pool table.

The counter at Bar de Beto, crafted from weathered wood of an old boat, narrates maritime tales. Our round tables, constructed from recycled wood, add a rustic touch.
🍹 Sip Sustainably: Our commitment extends to the beach bar, where paper and plant-based straws are the norm. We've ingeniously transformed used liquor bottles into stylish glasses for the shared kitchen.

We are located 50 meters away from the main beach, and 20 meters away from the Flamingo lagoon
Our main building with all the rooms it’s super close to the agencies, main market, food stores, etc
The beach building is where you can enjoy cocktails and drinks at Bar de Beto!
